When your product leaves the can, the can is already part of your brand. At our factory, we don’t just make metal containers — we build OEM aerosol packaging systems that match your formula, market, and shelf strategy.
We manufacture three core structures: tinplate steel aerosol cans, aluminum aerosol cans, and seamless monobloc aluminum cans. Steel cans are built for cost-efficient, high-volume runs in household cleaners, insecticides, automotive sprays, and industrial chemicals. Aluminum cans give personal care, cosmetics, perfumes, and body sprays a lighter, premium, 360° printable surface. Monobloc cans — made by impact extrusion from a single aluminum slug — remove the side weld entirely, reducing leak paths and giving better pressure consistency for sensitive or high-end formulations.
For OEM buyers, material is only the start. We support custom diameters from 22 mm to 80 mm, capacities from 20 ml to 1000 ml, shoulder shapes including straight, necked-in, bullet, flat, and special profiles, plus 1-inch and 20 mm openings. Internal linings such as epoxy, epoxy-phenolic, PAM, and food-grade coatings are selected against your formula — water-based, solvent-based, acidic, saline, or oil-based. External decoration covers CMYK/Pantone offset printing, matte, glossy, pearl, brushed, and soft-touch finishes.
Our lines also supply cones, domes, valves, actuators, and caps, so customers can develop a complete aerosol package instead of sourcing parts from five vendors. Applications include personal care, cosmetics, pharma/oral/nasal sprays, food-grade oils and cooking sprays, household care, air care, pesticides, lubricants, and technical chemicals.
Quality and compliance are engineered in, not added later. Production follows ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 systems, with pressure testing, burst testing, leak inspection, coating-thickness control, and batch documentation. Depending on the destination market, we work toward DOT, FEA, UN/ADR, REACH, and food-contact requirements.
MOQs are flexible by project: stock and plain cans can move fast, while fully printed private-label runs usually start around 10,000–20,000 pcs depending on material and tooling. Lead time for custom aluminum or steel cans is commonly 25–35 days after artwork and sample confirmation. We provide free or low-cost samples, artwork proofing, and pre-production approval before bulk production.
